This information may include your name, email address, answers provided through the diagnostic, appointment information and any details only you choose to share during our communications.

• •give you access to the resource or diagnostic you requested;
• •send follow-up information directly connected with your request;

• •arrange and conduct a complimentary Pattern Review which you might book;
